Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for 2nd shift to provide direct nursing care, health monitoring, and medication administration for residents at St. Joseph's Center. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, maintaining medical records, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Must possess a current LPN license in Pennsylvania and CPR certification, along with effective communication and teamwork skills. Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred. Starting pay is $27.50/hour plus shift differential and $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania
- CPR certification
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Ability to lift/move 25–50 lbs and assist with transfers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to person-centered care and St. Joseph’s mission
