Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care at Good Samaritan in Albion, NE. 12-hour day shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities; sign-on bonus available. Under supervision of a registered nurse/physician, the LPN demonstrates nursing principles, administers medications/treatments, documents resident interactions and outcomes, contributes to resident assessments, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team. Requires LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. North Dakota IV-therapy considerations apply if applicable. Required Qualifications
- Must hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
