Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – full-time night shift at Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills in Zephyrhills, FL. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaboration with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition. Qualifications include an active Florida LPN license and CPR Certification; two years of nursing experience preferred.
