Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift at Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills. Full-time nights with walk-in interviews Tuesday–Thursday. Responsibilities include Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; following infection control and center policies; collaborating with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Qualifications include LPN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- LPN licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
- Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
