Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FULL TIME NIGHTS

Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. Our LPN will provide skilled, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting, ensuring accurate assessment, documentation, and adherence to confidentiality. The role requires an Active LPN license in the state of residence and current CPR Certification. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with high quality and productivity are essential.
