Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time Nights

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a 12-hour night shift at a skilled nursing facility in Price, UT. Responsibilities include ordering and administering medications and treatments, notifying physicians or families of changes in resident condition, performing nursing procedures (tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, packs, irrigations), continuous monitoring of seriously ill residents, advocating for patients, and complete timely charting in accordance with the care plan and regulations. SNF nursing care for geriatric residents with 24/7 coverage; teamwork with health care staff to ensure quality resident care. Requirements include an LPN license in good standing and effective communication; willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations.
