Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, assessing changes in condition, and supporting care plans. Responsibilities include directing and mentoring nursing assistants, coordinating admissions/discharges, maintaining accurate records, ensuring infection control and safety, and contributing to ongoing education and quality care for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Active State of Michigan LPN License
- CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly
