Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Wellness Team. Responsible for residents’ nursing needs, ensuring a safe environment, coordinating with care partners, developing assignments, and holding team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Requires current LPN/LVN license in the applying state and CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred. Full-time schedule from 8am to 4pm, Mon–Fri, in Phoenix, AZ. Competitive hourly pay ($34-$42 DOE) with comprehensive benefits and a total rewards package.
