Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for full-time day shifts at Parkdale Health and Rehab in Price, UT. Responsibilities include ordering and administering medications and treatments, notifying physicians or families of changes in condition, performing nursing procedures (tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressings), continuous patient observation, ensuring care-plan adherence, and timely charting. Must hold an LPN license in good standing, with strong communication skills and willingness to learn applicable long-term care regulations. Schedule: full-time, 12-hour shifts from 6AM to 6PM, 3 days per week. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement up to $500/month.
