Job Summary
Monitor resident health, safety, and well-being while conducting thorough assessments and assisting with medication administration training. Supervise Home Health Aides and care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies to maintain clinical quality assurance standards. Promote the company mission by delivering the highest degree of service to residents, with a focus on those with Alzheimer's or related dementias. This full-time role (30+ hours, 6:30am-2:30pm weekdays, alternating weekends) requires an LPN with at least two years in long-term care or assisted living.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- current LPN license
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to health and wellness resident
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to learn new applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to sit
- Ability to use fine and gross motor skills
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to balance

Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting
