Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Idaho license (or compact) is sought for Full-Time Day Shift (6 AM - 2 PM) at Desert View Care Center in Buhl, ID. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions, providing skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization), coordinating with physicians, residents, and families, advocating for residents, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Must be able to work in a team-focused, resident-centered long-term care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license active in Idaho or compact
- Active Idaho license (or compact) required
- Willing to learn and follow SNF-specific regulations
- Compassionate communicator and team player
