Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident care in a memory care/assisted living community. Responsibilities include supervising the medication program, assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, maintaining positive relations with residents, families, and physicians, reporting changes to leadership, assisting with assessments and service plans, training staff, and supporting scheduling and staffing. Requires state licensure as an LPN, CPR certification, flexibility to work night shifts including weekends, and participation in ongoing training and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice as required by State Regulations
- CPR certification and knowledge of basic first aid
- Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure
- Able to work flexible hours; weekends required
