Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time 7A-3P

Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; following infection control, emergencies, and center policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes and identify/report abnormal changes in residents' conditions per policy. Deliver nursing care to patients requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, collect data, observe, and report pertinent information. Implement the patient/resident plan of care, evaluate responses, maintain documentation knowledge, and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, state-specific license, CPR certification, and two years prior nursing experience preferred.
