Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - full-time, 3rd shift at Brookhaven Retirement Community. Administers resident care under supervision of an RN/physician, administers medications and treatments as prescribed, documents care, follows resident care plans, observes and reports abnormal findings, participates in in-service education, and adheres to infection control and safety practices. Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current LPN license, and CPR certification. Supervises nursing staff as applicable and maintains professional competence and communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification required
