Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time 3P-11P

Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; following infection control, emergency, and other center policies; collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes; and identifying/reporting abnormal changes in residents' condition per center policy. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling and shift differentials up to $2/hr. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, LPN licensure, CPR certification, and two years of prior nursing experience preferred.
