Job Summary
LPN to plan, monitor and deliver nursing care to residents, oversee nursing procedures, and serve as a resource in absence of leadership. Responsibilities include executing tasks per schedules, ensuring compliance with state regulations, assisting in caregiver onboarding and training, coaching team members for performance and clinical measures, maintaining resident care quality and service standards, delivering excellent patient- and family-facing service, and participating in team and departmental meetings. Required Qualifications
- A current and unencumbered LPN license
