Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the Full-Time 1st Shift at Brookhaven Retirement Community. Administers medications and treatments under supervision of RN/physician, documents care, and follows resident care plans. Maintains high-quality resident care, observes and reports changes, and communicates effectively with residents, staff, and visitors. Requires licensure as an LPN, CPR certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Nursing duties include supervising personnel as indicated, adhering to Brookhaven policies, infection control, and ongoing in-service education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN license with State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification
- Ability to read, write and understand English
