Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - FT - Overnight - Full-Time 3rd Shift

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely while monitoring conditions, identifying changes, and reporting concerns promptly. Assist with assessments, documentation, and ongoing care planning, responding appropriately to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies during overnight hours. Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care and proper workflow, maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Promote a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents throughout the night.
