Job Summary
As an LPN under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing services, instruct patients and caregivers on care aspects, and document patient understanding and care compliance. Responsibilities include observing patient responses and making recommendations to the RN regarding care plans. You will deliver and document nursing care in accordance with established procedures and standards, performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered, current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located or compact state if applicable
- Graduate of a state approved LPN program
- Minimum one (1) year clinical experience as an LPN
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home health care is desirable
