Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of registered nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff. Manage the main medical clinic and respond to a range of physical and mental health needs within the appropriate scope of practice. Work full-time, 36 hours a week on the day shift at the Idaho State Correctional Center. An Idaho LPN license or ability to obtain one is required, along with active CPR certification and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Idaho Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
