Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for enhancing the SRIM experience with heartful care for residents and their families. Key responsibilities include performing nursing procedures, administering medications, supervising non-licensed staff, and ensuring clear communication about residents’ conditions. The role requires excellent decision-making skills, adherence to assisted living healthcare laws, and participation in staff evaluations. Candidates must possess a valid nursing license and have at least one to two years of relevant experience or training.
