Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide nursing care to patients and supervise non-professional personnel in direct patient care. Complete nursing assessments under RN supervision, collaborate on interdisciplinary treatment plans, and facilitate patient support groups. Administer medications using two means of identification, document interventions, and accurately transcribe physician orders. Maintain unit safety, manage equipment, and adhere to infection control and confidentiality guidelines. Perform procedures independently or with minimal supervision and provide thorough shift reports. Full-time night shift, 36 hours weekly, rotating schedule with alternating weekends off.
