Job Summary
Conduct ongoing patient assessments, document history, and administer medications for patients in High Intensity Care, Brain Health, and Long-Term Care units. Deliver direct skilled nursing care under RN supervision while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Float to assigned units as directed, maintaining unit operations and assuming leadership responsibilities when assigned. Participate in quality initiatives and professional development activities to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Maryland LPN license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Experience in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
