Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Must be able to work in Port St Lucie / St Lucie County, FL
- Must be available for flexible scheduling options (full-time, PRN, or modified schedules)
- Must be able to provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Must be able to perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
- Must be able to administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Must be able to educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
