Job Summary
Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering, observing, and recording medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition. Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families; collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and other patient activities. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; support unit management and assume charge of the unit as assigned. Requires current and valid LPN license; CPR and First Aid certifications; strong interpersonal skills; ability to adhere to patient care policies and regulations. Required Qualifications
