Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Record medications and treatments administered, including PRN effects, and document significant resident observations regarding treatment responses. Store medications safely, account for all controlled substances through accurate recording, and order, store, and administer tube feedings. Assist the manager in planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes for caregivers, including on-the-job training. Provide wellness services to residents in the Oasis Assisted Living facility in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards and company policies.
