Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions at Far Rockaway Center in Far Rockaway, NY. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles available across all shifts. Base rate $33.85 per hour with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. $5,000 sign-on bonus offered. Daily Pay option available through third-party provider. Duties include collecting information from new residents for admissions, recording health details and vitals, administering medications and injections, wound care and dressing, supervising CNAs when needed, assisting residents with personal care, and monitoring intake/output.
