Job Summary
Assist in care planning and treatments for residents under the direct supervision of an RN, while reviewing medical records to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Document all care provided and report changes in resident status to the shift supervisor, ensuring all referrals for consultation are valid and applicable. Demonstrate basic skills required for the assigned unit population and maintain competency by seeking opportunities for professional growth. Set and implement goals consistent with FutureCare's nursing facility philosophy while working the evening shift with a competitive salary range of $31.25-$36.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license issued in the state of Maryland
- Current CPR license
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all personnel, residents, and families
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus
