Job Summary
Deliver nursing care to residents in a 100-bed rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and injections, record vital signs, monitor intake and output, assess health details for admissions, treat wounds and bedsores, assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, and supervise CNAs as needed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality of life and dignity for residents; support career advancement opportunities and participate in tuition reimbursement and shift differentials. Skills include patient assessment, wound care, medication administration, infection control, documentation, and teamwork in a resident-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
