Job Summary
Review resident plans of care, coordinate nursing services, and administer medications per physician orders. Prepare floor stock, perform treatments including catheterization and tube feedings, and manage dressings and drainage bags. Complete admission and residence records, investigate abuse allegations, and supervise nursing assistants. Requires active NJ LPN license, one year experience, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule includes 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30pm shifts with flexible weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 1-year experience working as an LPN
- Must be able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of electronic charting a plus
