Job Summary
Operate within the LPN Scope of Practice, maintain familiarity with resident records, and evaluate health emergencies to determine emergency medical measures per state regulations. Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, medication administration, treatments, and care plans while encouraging self-care. Demonstrate knowledge of infection control and safety procedures, attend facility in-services, and perform additional duties as assigned. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available across day, evening, and night shifts with every other weekend off. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Required Qualifications
- LPN (Required)
- valid LPN license
- Understand and operate within the LPN Scope of Practice
- Maintain familiarity with resident records and documents
- Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency medical measures to be taken regarding resident care according to state regulations
- Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, administration of medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Provide services as indicated on resident care plans
- Demonstrates knowledge of and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Attend facility in-services
