Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident care using the nursing process, with responsibilities across assessment, planning, implementation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include rounds on high-acuity patients, supervising nursing partners, facilitating patient and family participation in care decisions, ensuring adherence to standards of practice and regulatory requirements, and assisting with medications and admissions. Must hold an accredited nursing credential and a current state license, and be willing to work full-time with day/night shifts and a rotating schedule. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the State
- Maintains a current unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed
- LPN licensure for the state of employment
- Ability to supervise and mentor nursing partners
- Ability to work varied shifts, including day and night, and be flexible with unit assignments
