Job Summary
Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions, monitor and record residents' vitals and overall health status, and administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care for bedsores, assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care, and track and report residents' food and fluid intake/output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed while maintaining an active and valid LPN license in good standing with the State Registry. Join a well-established skilled nursing facility in the Bronx offering a competitive hourly rate between $32.00 and $36.00.
Required Qualifications
