Job Summary
Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions while monitoring and recording residents' vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, provide wound care, and assist with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed and assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents' food and fluid intake/output. Requires LPN license, NY State Photo ID, and current CPR/BLS card. Pay range is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- LPN license and registration
- Two Typed Professional Reference letters
- Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
- School diploma or completion
