Job Summary
Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions while monitoring and recording residents' vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, provide wound care for bedsores, and assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents' food and fluid intake/output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed. Maintain an active and valid LPN license in good standing with the State Registry.
