Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an assisted living and memory care setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, and shift leadership under the direction of an RN. Deliver compassionate, person-centered care, document accurately in required systems, and communicate with residents, families, and the care team. Maintain adherence to NYS scope of practice for LPNs, participate in ongoing training and in-service activities, and collaborate with resident assistants, other nurses, and management to support residents’ well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate
- Must graduate from a nursing education program acceptable to the New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- Must be licensed with current registration in New York
