Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Eastern Zone provides resident care in long-term care or home nursing settings, working with a Registered Nurse to deliver a range of care, including medication administration, nighttime monitoring, transfers using lifts, light housekeeping, basic meal prep, community outings, and facilitation of community inclusion. The role includes supervisory responsibilities for Continuing Care Attendant/Personal Care Worker and requires holding or being eligible for licensure with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses.
