Administer medications and treatments, monitor residents for condition changes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while communicating with physicians, residents, and families. Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts, ensuring all infection-control and resident-safety protocols are followed. This role requires an active New York State LPN license and strong clinical skills, with nursing-home experience preferred.
