Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Dexter Medical - Part Time

Deliver essential nursing care in the clinic setting by performing patient intake, administering medications via oral, inhalation, or injection routes, and conducting diagnostic testing such as EKGs and basic lab tests. Provide direct patient care including wound cleaning, bandage changes, and assistance with medical procedures while documenting symptoms, history, and vital signs in the electronic medical record. Educate patients on treatment plans and preventative care, collaborate with providers on care plans, and maintain a sanitized environment adhering to infection control protocols. Ensure timely follow-up through portal messages and phone calls, monitor daily logs for compliance, and demonstrate empathy while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Requires LPN or LVN licensure, BCLS certification, and 0-2 years of clinical experience.
