Job Summary
Administer medications, complete med ordering, and provide med stock oversight for an assigned caseload of community group homes. Follow up on doctors orders, contact physicians as applicable, and examine individuals with medical or physical complaints. Assist individuals in daily living activities and during mealtimes. This role supports adults with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and dual diagnoses within Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's therapeutic care programs. New grads and experienced LPNs are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- State LPN License
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid NY Drivers License
- Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required
