Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, focusing on patient safety and daily activities. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident recovery. Candidates must be licensed in Georgia with strong communication skills; prior long-term care experience is a plus. This full-time position includes a rotating shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm every other weekend.
