Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Primary Care Services at Dayton VA Medical Center during EHR modernization. Responsibilities include patient intake and clinical screenings, obtaining vital signs and patient histories, administering medications and treatments within scope, assisting providers during examinations and procedures, documenting patient information in the EHR, and coordinating follow-up care and patient education.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Ohio LPN license
- Current BLS certification
