Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, intake screenings, and administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately in electronic medical records, and respond to urgent and emergency medical situations. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and correctional staff to ensure a safe, respectful, and compassionate healthcare environment. Provide patient education and promote wellness while maintaining accurate documentation. Work full-time day shifts from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM with a rotating schedule including every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
