Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, administering medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor resident conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to physicians and the care team. Follow individualized care plans, infection control procedures, and safety protocols while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. Offer guidance and support to CNAs and collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure resident comfort and safety. Required Qualifications
