Job Summary
In-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Fombell, PA providing direct patient care per prescribed plan, including vitals monitoring, medication administration (including insulin and IV/fluids), wound care and dressings, and patient assessments. Collaborates with providers and care team to ensure high-quality outcomes; flexible FT/PT/PRN scheduling with daily pay option. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation to care sites; practical trach/ventilator experience preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- Educational: Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN and has a current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
