Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in-home care in Mars, PA. Provide direct patient care per the provider’s plan of care, monitor progress, administer medications (including insulin) and IV fluids, inspect and care for wounds, and assist with personal hygiene. Assess and document patient conditions, report changes, and collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Requires graduation from a practical nursing program and an active LPN/LVN license in the state, plus CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. Reliable transportation to care sites is required. Position supports flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN) with true in-home, one-on-one patient care and Daily Pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
