Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care as part of Interim HealthCare, delivering nursing care per the prescribed plan, including administering medications (insulin and IV fluids as applicable), wound care and dressing changes, and monitoring patient status (vitals, recovery, and progression). Collaborate with providers, aides, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes; assess and document patient conditions, report changes, and ensure thorough documentation. Flexible scheduling options include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN; daily pay option available; no overtime required; focus on one-on-one patient care and maintaining patient comfort and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as an LPN/LVN in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
