Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for in-home patient care in Fombell/Lyndora, PA. Responsibilities include direct patient care per plan of care, vitals and documentation, administering medications including insulin and IV fluids, wound care and dressing changes, monitoring for changes in condition, and collaborating with providers and other health professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes. Requires current LPN license in state of practice, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN; daily pay available; no overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of the position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
