Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect patients for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers M-F daylight hours in Fombell, PA, with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling. No overtime is required, and daily pay is available. Candidates must hold a current LPN license, CPR/AED/BLS certification, and reliable transportation. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
