Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect patients for injuries or bedsores to deliver appropriate treatments. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and incentives with truly flexible scheduling for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Daily pay is available, and no overtime is required. Applicants must hold a current LPN license in Pennsylvania and CPR/AED/BLS certification. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
